UMB as a data controller has, in accordance with the Regulation of the European (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on the (“EU Regulation” or “GDPR”) the obligation to designate the person (s) responsible for supervising the protection of personal data at UMB.

YOUR RIGHTS

You may have the right:

to be informed as to whether UMB holds data about you;
to access that data;
to have inaccurate data corrected;
to have your data deleted;
to opt-out of particular data processing operations; to receive your data in a form that makes it “portable”;
to object to data processing;
to receive an explanation about any automated decision making and/or profiling, and to challenge those decisions where appropriate.

You can seek to exercise these rights by contacting the UMB designated person via the form (HERE!).

The UMB designated person will process your request within the statutory time limit (30 days from the date of receipt of the application). In the case of an application in which the applicant does not provide all the information necessary for her/his/they identification and confirmation of identity, the applicant will be within the legal timeframe contacted to complete these requirements.

The applicant may exercise the rights of the data subject only in their own name or on behalf of other person(s) in the case of a legal representative. The GDPR does not apply to non-residents.

Personal data processed by social media platforms is subject to the terms and conditions of the platform owners, which may act as controllers of that data. If you engage with UMB’s social media accounts you should check Twitter’s Privacy Policy, Instagram’s Data Policy, LinkedIn’s Privacy Policy and YouTube’s Privacy Policy which are subject to regular change, to understand how your data may be used. UMB is not responsible for any comments, links or content produced by third parties.

ONLINE FORMS
