Across four engaging panels, participants examined institutional fragility, external influences, citizen mobilization, media manipulation, and the gendered dimensions of democratic backsliding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Matej Bel University contributes to Panel III on \u201cCitizens, movements, and democratic backsliding\u201d with a presentation by Jozef Michal Mintal and Kamila Borsekov\u00e1 titled \u201cGender fatigue? Framing and counter-framing gender in the struggle for equality,\u201d a result of the BRRIDGE project\u2019s collaboration between Matej Bel University and the University of Galway.
