International Women’s Day (IWD) is a global day of celebration that recognizes the significant social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. It is also a time to raise awareness about the ongoing struggle for gender equality and women’s rights issues.\u00a0The Institute for Democracy community is joining together in celebration of the invaluable contributions of women to our academic and public lives.<\/p>\n
